Jewelry Care

925 Sterling Silver is more prone to tarnishing than gold, but it's easy to restore its luster and shine. To keep it shining, regularly polish silver items using a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Store silver jewelry in a cool, dry area, away from sunlight and moisture. Consider using anti-tarnish pouches or jewelry boxes with tarnish-resistant lining to protect it.

Since 925 Sterling silver can oxidize in water, it's best to remove your silver jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid exposing it to household chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or hairspray. For cleaning, use a mild silver cleaner or a gentle soap-and-water solution. Be sure to rinse well and dry it with a soft cloth.

For Rings: Dainty rings should be handled carefully to prevent them from becoming misshapen. Rings with stones may loosen over time, so it's important to store them correctly and check for loose stones regularly. Natural wear and tear can lead to scratches. To maintain your rings in excellent condition, we suggest having them professionally polished by a jeweler from time to time.

For adjustable rings, we’d recommend to slowly adjust the ring, with minimal force, using gentle and even pressure. Frequent adjustments will cause the ring to weaken over time, and at the very worse, break. We’d recommend to adjust it to the desired size once and slowly twist and turn the ring to take it on and off your fingers. 

Please be gentle with your jewelry to ensure its longevity.

Returns & Exchanges

For In-stock purchase: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be able to return it or exchange it within 7 days after you receive your purchase. Please note the item has to be in NEW condition with full packaging and original receipts included. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee in order to return/exchange items. Please contact us by email chulacompany925@gmail.com to start the return/exchange process.

All sale items are Final Sale/non-returnable. Custom orders, engraved, and archive items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you think your package is lost, email us right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Chula Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

All requests for refunds and replacements will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

Please note: Sterling silver does tarnish as it is a natural process that happens over time. Daily wear, the chemicals in perfumes, hairsprays, body lotions, and the natural oils in our skin could also accelerate this reaction. For proper care, use an anti-tarnish silver cloth for regular maintenance or consult with a jewelry expert. Tarnishing is not a sign of defect.
