Returns & Exchanges
Returns We accept returns on in-stock, unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, email chulacompany925@gmail.com with your order number.
Exchanges We accept exchanges on in-stock, unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Same conditions apply. Email us to get started.
Final Sale Items Sale items, custom orders, engraved pieces, and archive items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right — at no cost to you.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your order hasn't arrived, email us right away with your order number. Please note that Chula Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery.
